An Automated Facility with World-class Machinery — One of Thailand’s Highest-capacity Coffee Roasting Production
The Roastery Plant, located in Wang Noi District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, was established in 2015 to produce coffee products. It currently has a maximum production capacity of 11,500 tons per year, supporting both domestic and international Café Amazon stores. The facility also accommodates OEM production, with the ability to produce:
• Whole Bean Coffee
• Drip Coffee (Ground Coffee in Filter Bags)
• Coffee Capsules (Roasted and Ground Coffee)
The plant is internationally certified with standards such as FSSC22000 (Food Safety System Certification) and HALAL. Personnel are trained and certified by globally recognized institutions to perform quality assessments of roasted coffee—including color, aroma, and taste—before it reaches consumers.
Coffee Roasting Process:
1. Sampling of raw coffee beans to test moisture levels and
defect percentages
2. Sorting and cleaning the raw beans by size
3. Roasting using precise temperature and time settings to develop
Café Amazon’s signature roast profile, followed by Coffee Cupping to
ensure flavor meets international standards
4. Packaging the roasted beans or grinding and placing them into
packaging, then distributing to the Café Amazon distribution center
for delivery to consumers
